Lucas Caesens

Lucas Caesens is the Product Manager at Mantyx. He is responsible for crafting clear, visual roadmaps that align teams around delivery and business priorities: taking an outward-in approach, knowing that a strong business case for the client is what makes a strong product.

Previously, as Product Manager on an AI platform, he helped multi-functional teams build and maintain AI models without code. He also shaped the vision and roadmap for a platform combining community, portfolio and an assignment marketplace, and teaches as a guest lecturer on how to build software products and find product-market fit.

Earlier still, Lucas led UX design teams for a major research university and delivered product and UX work across international clients spanning automotive, banking, media and public transport. His work has earned multiple international awards, including Gold at the Mixx Awards, the W3 Awards and the Lovie Awards, and the Henry van de Velde Award for innovation.
